I have been working on new prices, packaging, products, labels, business cards, ideas, props, equipment, website, etc for the last month! 

I am going to be revamping EVERYTHING and I am so excited to show you in a few weeks!

I have a lot of new packages that will include new styles of portraits and products!

 Seniors will have more products to chose from such as photo book, proof books, custom wallet boxes, personalized Facebook covers, images to use online and even metal prints which are AMAZING!

Seniors aren't the only ones that are getting all the good stuff!  Packages are being revamped to include portraits and products for ALL sessions!

 I will offer canvas prints, gallery wraps, stand out prints and even metal prints!  Specialized hard cover coffee table books will also available!

I will announce everything very soon with all the details about each of the new products!

{T & J}~ Candy Cane Christmas Tree Session

It was a chilly, sunny wintery day at the Candy Cane Christmas tree farm a few weeks ago.  I met this adorable couple for a fun outdoor session.  All the gorgeous Christmas trees made the perfect backdrop!  These guys are SO in love and it really showed in the portraits!  They were up for anything, and they looked like seasoned models!  Check out some of my favorite shots from their session!

Haleigh {Senior Rep} Basketball session~Class of 2014

Had a great time with Haleigh for her last session as my Senior rep!  I have loved "shooting" this beautiful girls' Senior portraits!

Basketball has been a part of Haleigh's life all of her high school career, and much longer, so we had to get some portraits on the court!

I loved her "fierce" look!

 I have been this cutie's photographer since he was just 3 months old!  I can't believe how much he has grown in the last 8 months! He has a lot more hair, but still has the most gorgeous baby blue eyes I have ever seen!  His smile just melts your heart!  Watch out ladies!! 

We had a really fun day at a local park that was the perfect setting for some beautiful outdoor fall photos!  Logan had a blast playing in the leaves and running around.  He even spent a little time talking to the ducks which he was loving until one got a little too close! I can't wait until next time, but a little sad because I know he will be even bigger.

Pregnancy Reveal!

Last month I did a photo shoot for this adorable couple who had recently found out that they are expecting their first baby next Spring!  But, they didn't want to share any photos to give away the secret until they had time to announce the news to family and friends, so I had to be patient and wait until they revealed the news!  (If anyone know me, you know I have very little patience!)  Especially hard when their photos turned out so wonderful!

They told their family and friends this past weekend. (Yay!) So, now I am SO excited to share some of the photos from our session with all of you!

Missing My Friend

It was 2 weeks ago today that you went away.  I still can't believe you are gone.  I can't even begin to tell you how many times you have crossed my mind.  I don't know if I every really stop thinking about you.  I have wanted to talk to you a thousand times, and I am feeling the pain over and over each time I pick up my phone and realize that you are not here.

You were always there, and now you are gone.  I hope you know how much I loved you.  You were the best friend I ever had.  There are not really words to describe how I felt about you.  You were simply, one of a kind.  I was truly blessed that you came into my life again after so many years, and that we had such a great friendship.

You helped me realize my dream. Without your encouragement and support, I never would have bought my camera and followed my dreams.  I was scared out of my mind, and knew literally nothing.  You helped me so much by building my website, helping me put my photos on the galleries for my clients, and for your constant tech support at all hours of the night and day.  I know I wasn't easy to deal with.  I also know I drove you nuts!  I am sorry.  I wish I would have told you thank you more often. 

When you decided to start your own photography business, I was glad to have someone to share everything with and I liked to be able to help you for a change! You had real talent.  I know you would have been a success.

It really didn't surprise me to find out the reason you passed away.  Your heart literally burst.  You were always giving so much to everyone, and you gave your all to each and everyone that you loved  and we loved you for it.  I know you wouldn't have had it any other way.  You took care of all of us. Never asking for anything in return.  Our friendship was enough.

I can never repay you for your patience, hard work, your talent and expertise that you so willingly shared with me.  So, I will continue to follow my dream, because I know if I don't OUR dream will die.  I will always remember you whenever I pick up my camera, or look at my website and logo.  Or when I see the perfect shot before my eyes.
